● Purpose: The Liva TRS (Tag Request System) is designed to provide a centralized, systematic, and technical solution for brands, vendors, and the finance team to streamline the process of raising tag requests and ensuring their timely fulfillment and delivery.

● Scope: The system will cover the end-to-end process of tag requests - from brand registrations, raising tags, approval, and tracking to fulfillment and invoicing. It includes role-based access for brands, vendors, and the finance team to ensure smooth coordination and transparency.

● Background: Currently, the tag request process is managed manually, which causes delays, lack of visibility, and coordination challenges between brands, vendors, and the finance team. Liva TRS is being developed to automate workflows, improve accuracy, and provide a single-window platform to manage all tag request operations efficiently.
